REFUNDS + Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping will not be reimbursed.
For US+Canada customers, if your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For international customers (outside of US and Canada), all orders are considered final.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods, such as food, treats, supplements, and chews, and hygiene goods cannot be returned. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to purchase the new item first, then return the item you currently have.
As long as the returned item qualifies for our refund policy (see above), we will gladly accept it back. Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned to us in good condition.
